Consultation

Consultation is an important part of MTO’s Class EA process, and we want to hear from you. The Study Team has developed a comprehensive consultation program that will:

• Provide the public with project information so that they can participate in the Study.

• Post project notices and the Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) on the Project website.

• Provide opportunities for the public to ask questions, submit comments and/or request information.

• Respond to all input received.

Online Public Information Centre

The online Public Information Centre (PIC) was online from July 24th, 2023 until August 7th, 2023 to present the design of the proposed intersection improvements and provide an opportunity for public input for consideration in the Study.  The PIC was advertised on the project website, in the local newspaper, and via direct and/or electronic mail to those on the Study’s mailing list.
